How much supervision does your young boys' Cheder/Yeshiva have:
In The bldg
Outside when arriving/going home
Outdoor play
How safe do you feel they are?

My boys are supervised, yet there is allways room for improvement.
There is always a few teachers outside by playtime. I think the teachers/rebbe must stay with the kids, but they do go inside sometimes and ask a different teacher to keep an eye.
By dismissal the teacher/rebbeim are present for the young kids plus a staff member incharge of bussing is allways there. The bus ride home is another story completely .
When they come to yeshiva there is a man there, dont know his job, but he is allways outside. They also recently hired security. There are cameras in the building as well as the sink area in the bathroom.
When the boys get to their classroom in the morning they are alone until the rebbe comes. I am not sure if the doors are left open now. In the past when they were younger and I dropped them off I would stick around until a teacher came. The doors are so heavy and I was nervous my son wouldnt be able to leave the room if necessary.
No matter how much supervision there is, there is allways a change my child can get hurt. My boys know to go to an adult if someone bothers them.
