There are Breslov communities everywhere - some more hippie dippie, some less.
What kind of community are you looking for? Location? Special requests? I'm sure someone here can find the perfect community for you 
(My specialty is Yehuda and Shomron, but people on this site are rarely looking in that direction, so I may not be so much help.)

I almost moved to the Tzefat community, but I heard that the men sing and dance in the streets until 1am, even on weeknights. Holidays - forget about sleeping at all. I need my downtime, as much as I love all the celebrating.
If you can find a Carlebach minyan, there will be tons of Breslovers there. I'm in Beit Shemesh Aleph, and there is a lovely Carlebach shul near me.
