Anyone ever made those? (Confections sugar, mint and coloring). I just tried it, pressed it into molds, but they dont come out of the molds!! What am I doing wrong?

maybe spray the mold w/ pam first?

you should also put in a bit of oil into the mixture, or mash it well with margarine first.

use chcolate. pain the mold first, press in the mint filling, cover with more chocolate.

Thanks.
I tried spraying with oil and it did help although some I did have to prop it out with a toothpick.
I was thinking of doing the chocolate filled mint, but I already made some plain chocolate molds. Maybe will try, if its not such a patchke.
