I made falafel and I think more ended up on the floor than in the kids mouths.

I made tilapia, mashed potatoes, and a salad. Planning to make lasagna tomorrow night, and need some more kid-friendly ideas for Wed and Thur  . My kids love chicken  .

Supper was yum bh.
Appetizer was fried egg roll wrapper chips with duck sauce/ mustard dip
Then we had yummy homemade vegetable pizza with French fries, and a dessert of vanilla yogurts with chopped bananas, blueberries and strawberrjes ( frozen). Bh it was a hit.

we [meaning me] made pizza ... by the time you add all the toppings - I guess it's quite the mess ... but well worth it [especially the hot cilantro one with black olives, cheddar, mozzarella & farmer's cheese - muy caliente]

Yesterday: plum stir fry with parve chicken strips over spaghetti, steamed veggies
Today: honey, soy, garlic salmon with roasted white and sweet potatoes, carrots and pumpkin, Spilt pea soup
Tomorrow: pumpkin lasagna, corn fritters
