I am wondering if there is some kind of frum website
where I can submit information about a child who is frum
and is a child molester.
I don't want this child to ever be hiring as a camp counsellor.
Is there any number to call that has a list of paedophiles in the frum
community that I can call?
The principal of the day school
would also like to know how he can make it known
in the frum community that they should be warned about this individual.
We are aware that Torah Umesora has a number to call to report abusive teachers,
but we haven't found anywhere to report abusive teenagers/children etc.
Your help would be really appreciated.

This was something that a few women and I tried to do in my small town regarding a girl who molested a toddler. She shouldn't be babysitting. She shouldn't be working in camps. We were reproved for speaking loshon hora.

Call Torah Umesorah and ask them for advice? Maybe have a rav confront the parents who can see to it that he gets help?

Is he a registered relations offender? That's one place to start.

Do a Google search for "registered s-x offenders [name of your state]" you can do a search on your state's website

There are no videos or pictures as proof
but there are about 7 or 8 children who were victims,
some had consent at the time, some didn't.
None were reported to the police.

If this person abused a child or children, it should also be reported to the police.

Are the parents aware and are they cooperating? Is the child (the perpetrator) getting therapy? If so, is his/her therapist cooperating?
Sometimes it's not as clear-cut when dealing with a very young or even teenage predator, since this child may have been a victim himself. In those cases, sometimes the most important thing is to make sure that the perpetrator is getting help and that his/her family is willing monitor as much as possible to make sure that the individual never works with children, etc.

well said foxy ~ a lot of his/her future can be dependent on whether or not they receive the appropriate therapy & how much the people involved are willing to cooperate ... or not

Children do not give consent to be abused.

I, too, am wondering why the police weren't involved.

The victims parents never contacted the police
because they don't want to ruin the reputation of the boys father
who is a big rav in the community.

Certain quite, weak kids were manipulated into doing things,
and they cooperated.
So I don't know if that's considered consent or not.
But if the child didn't refuse to be touched,
does that mean they had consent?

"Thanks, mom and dad, for standing up for a monster and his reputation before standing up for me.".

There is no consent with children in s-xual issues ( unless both are I think 16 is the age of consent )

If a person is held at gunpoint, threatened to be killed if he doesn't let himself be raped, so he consents, is that considered consent?
This thread is making me very sad. And worried.
