Can anyone recommend a furniture store in lakewood? Interested in hearing what the prices and quality are like?

I bought a beautiful couch by Katz a number of yrs ago. It doesn't get used on a reg basis, but still it is holding up really well. It did cost a lot though.
We also bought a lot of furniture by National on Rt 9. They had great customer service, and the furniture looks great, but hasn't held up so well. However, maybe that's bec they get more used by the kids than the cream leather couch! I don't know if its usage or quality, is what I'm trying to say.
Anon bec my family members know my furniture, and where I got it.

We went to National home Furnishings right outside Lakewood on the 9.

They have great prices and a huge range of styles and choices.
We were extremely happy with their service as were all the people we sent there. If you want the name of the specific salesman we had pm me since I heard that some people were not so happy with others.

I would not buy from National. They are known to be dishonest and poor quality.

Katz has excellent prices and fairly decent quality on most of their stuff. They also have great customer service. Higher quality (and prices) I would go to Decorative Touch or Living Quarters by Dina.

I found Katz to be most reasonable and great quality.

Do you mind if I ask why you think national is dishonest?
I am not an employee there or anything connected we just had a great experience there and so did all the other people we know who went there.

Op I also wanted to add that it depends on. Your budget. I think its like buying a wig. You can spend $500 and it will last 5 years or $2000 and it might last 5 years maybe not. I have had my furniture for 3 years and so far so good bh. Besides for one chair which broke when ds threw it across the kitchen and nhf have a 5year guarantee so we got a brand new one in its place.
