anyone been to this hotel for Shabbos? how was it, is there outdoor grounds for kids to hang out or is it all indoors. was it enjoyable? boring? how were the rooms, uodated, clean?

What about New Brunswick, NJ? There is a shul right next to the hotel (poalei tzedek) and Highland Park is just over the bridge. You are also close enough to walk to the Rutgers campus, look around, etc.

For Parsipanny

For piscataway there is no "offical" guy in charge or shul. But there was a minyan when we went.
They have stunning lobbys with waterfall & trees etc. Not the typical hotel layout, very airy with with glass roof. Parsipanny is much bigger & more updated.
