if she's not sleeping, she's screaming. I have a mountain buggy and my baby is four and half months old and she screams the whole time we are out. it is realllllly frustrating.......is this normal????

I have a comfy padding for her, belt's loose, and she is usually reclined back is it too early to sit her up a little? maybe she just wants to see...
