Mitzei uri is the name of the store, but it is so small that if you don't look for it you can miss it. It is on 13th aev but I'm pretty sure that it is in between 50th and 51st.

Mitzei Uri is on 13, 50 & 51, .The razzle is heavenly, but it’s dairy.
It’s ice cream, p butter, rice crispies, chocolate I don’t know concoction!
Also try the cookie that they warm up (runny inside) with ice cream
Or try celery sticks from the fruit store a block away

Thanks withhumor, but I am looking for dairy. I don't get to eat yummy Cholov Yisroel frozen yogurt here in Pittsburgh.
