DS is starting pre-1A tomorrow. Someone mentioned to me that there is a special tefillah to say when your child starts yeshiva. Anyone familiar with this?

there is a tefillah to say when bringing a boy to yeshivah for the first time (ie - upsherin; when you do the whole wrapping in the tallis and honey on the alef beis deal)
I used to have it (got it many years ago at the Stolin yeshivah ladies auxiliary melave malka) but I don't know where it is now...

I have the tefilla - it's in the Marveh Lezame every year before Lag B'Omer. Does anyone know how to scan it here?
And we say it without any connection to the upsherin, but rather the first day the child really learns in cheder.

I know this is an old post but a relative is making an Upsherin and taking her son to Cheder for first time & she would love this Tefillah. Anyone found it? Can scan it? I recall seeing years back but can’t find it now...it would be super meaningful to her
