thank you. is he reasonable and fair? I had a guy come charge me so much and tell me he won't even try to fix it. ..... another guy charged an absolute fortune for a different issue. I am not looking for cheap. I am looking for capable and fair. Does CZ lowy fit the bill?

My experience has been positive. Very hard to comment because I have no idea what the issue was, and what it would take to fix, and what is considered the going rate....
I find that house maintenance is not cheap....
