Does anyone know if the onesies run big? My ds just turned 2 and he's tall and thin. On the hanger the 18 months looks big enough but idk if I should go with 18 or 24 months in case it might shrink. TIA

babies grow quick ... the diaper takes up part of the room ... and cotton shrinks ... I would go with the bigger one

My dd whose 2 and wearing a size 3 is in carters 24 months. I like when an undershirt fits snug and not sloppy.

It depends on how tall your baby is and how much they weight.
My DD wears 18 months pants, 24 month shirts and 24 month underwear. When I purchased them in the spring they were a but big, no one knew. Now shes wearing them again.

I find carter's onesies run big. My DD has been out of gerber's 3-6 month onesies for quite a while, but still fits in the carter's 6 month ones no problem, with plenty of room.
