For bedtimes/scheduling while "falling back" next week when we change the clocks?

Any insight or advice on whats worked for you?

I just follow the normal schedule. if the clock says 7:30 PM, its bedtime. I allow my kids to stay awake in bed for awhile anyway, with quiet toys, books, etc so for a few nights they are up late. its ok.
for some reason they never sleep any later, so they will be waking up early for a few days too. which in theory should help with getting used to earlier bedtimes.
takes a few days and then we're back on track.
