I am polishing my silver and there are black specks thayt won't come out any ideas of how to clean that.

If it's not an issue of little dented areas that the polish doesn't reach, but flat black spots that remain after you polish, you can't. The silver is "sick" (corroded). You can try asking a silversmith or jeweler if they can restore it, but don't bank on it.

I got spots out with alternating between using hagertys silver wash and the stinky liquid silver cleaner. use a lot of elbow grease.
