I don't remember the whole thing, but I think I heard it in high school, and after that I heard a Jewish artist singing it on his album.
This is part of it (not the beginning):

Chayala Hartstein composed it for Machon. She sold it to Yisroel Williger. Its on the album called chesed, song #6 Neiros shabbos.

Thank you! Of course now that you say it, I remember! Only I thought it was Michoel Pruzansky and that's why I couldn't find it.
