About $130k, which is cr*p in my area. Standards of living varies by where you live. In Santa Barbara,Ca., you can apply for assistance if you make less than $160k!!!!

haha. It is lovely area, but I don't think it is all that Jewish.

However. Dr.Laura lives there, with 3 or 4 expensive sailing boats/yachts.

We net maybe 50K in New York.

Two children, $1850 in rent. Can someone please tell me where on earth I am going to send my children to school? We can spare about $100-$200 a month.

Under $25K. In Israel. That's 2 combined salaries. So far one child. Thank G-d school is subsidized.
