My baby is making me nuts as well, with the not eating. I decided its mainly from her teething pain. She is very small. 11 months old and only 16.5 lbs!!! Anybody heard of that?

yep Chany, my baby is also tiny, he is 19lbs at 17 months, and was about 17 lbs at 11 months...eventually they will get bigger...
My friends ped told her "once they turn one, they stop eating, cus thats when they want to feed themselves and how much do you think goes in their mouth rather then the bib, highchair and floor."

at about 6 months babies develop the enzymes to digest real food and should really start solids about that time. I don't think breast milk is enough for a 9 month old. I started my baby on solids at 6 months and once I found what she liked, she ate like she was starved!
