We heard about Midwood Suites.
Any other recommendations? Our family is potentially looking to stay for a few days (including a Shabbos).

I don't think there are other hotel options in Midwood proper. I've seen somewhat mixed reviews for Midwood Suites (see Trip Advisor); if you're willing to walk a little farther, these get great reviews here in imamother:

Where in Flatbush? And what type of arrangement are you looking for - rooms in a private home, a hotel, ...? I don't know of any hotel options in Flatbush. You could try Shabbat.com or AirBNB (if you're comfortable with their policy toward Israel).

Looking for walking distance to 20s and P, and private.
Does that exist?
