It's made of ground chicken (and ground veal if you want, for a better texture because chicken is dry), potatoes, onions, eggs, potato starch if you use it. If you do it right and cook it in the same broth you use for gefilte fish, it tastes almost like real fish. I posted a recipe in the "I can't believe it's Pesachdik" thread.
