My husband is working late tonight, and I don't eat the family suppers usually- so just macaroni and breaded flounder (the one that comes breaded) tonight. Maybe I'll make broccoli with soy sauce and sugar.

How does one make a tuna casserole? I've heard of it but can't figure out how to make one. Oh and any good recipes for authentic tasting stir fry without too much soy sauce or sesame oil since I dislike both flavors
