I'm surprised it's the first time.
what does he do when the ingredients are traif? or when the food is supposed to be something he wouldnt eat? I always wondered why there arent any frum ppl on the US masterchef and htats probably why.... w're very limited by the type of food we can eat / cook, when I watched one season I was floored by how we cant eat 90% of the food theyre cooking.

I loved when one of the judges said that the taste reminded him of his youth and reminded him of the smells of a beit knesset

There have been vegetarians on masterchef who have done surprisingly well.
