My son had a shot for hepatitis b today. they say there are no reactions.

But since then he has been sleeping A LOT more than normal. He must have slept over 4 hours today shock

But when he is up he looks and seems fine, plays around for a bit but then gets tired and cranky and back to sleep.

Should I worry?
