You aren't getting any answers because there aren't any! Maybe TalTal is legal, but I really think that's it. I saw an email on the kghshuls list asking the same thing and I am assuming its from you as well... did you get any help from there? I can recommend a great place that is not licensed if you want...

Maggie's is legal. But they don't take under 1. We have been very happy with Maggie's. how old is your baby?
