Excellent choice!
I've made some really delicious things from there: caramelized onion chicken, grilled chicken, sweet potato scoops, grilled veges, halva ice cream, pudding ice cream, apple kugel, cheese cake roll up, and more that I just can't think of this second

FYI for any of you who want to get it, I ended up getting it and LOVE it!
Fabulous chicken ideas- mostly BAKED not fried, which is great, and great dips and sides as well.

I just got it, it really is great and I earmarked a ton of recipes to try.
Not the mashed potato one (seriously?!) .
But I also do plan to cut out half the sugar in them too.

Why not the mashed potato one?
I actually want to try that one! I think it has red potatoes, oil and parsley. Is that the recipe you're referring to?
