I plan on making breaded stuffed chicken breasts for Shabbos. I'm basically making up my own recipe so don't know how long to bake them in the oven. I've gone on different websites to check out similar recipes and there's such a disparity on how long to bake them. The baking times range from 25 minutes all the way to 55 minutes, at 375 degrees F. Logic would tell me that they're done when they turn golden brown, but how would I know if the center is done? Has anyone ever made these before?

O.K., maybe I wasn't clear. How long do I bake them?

When I make up chicken recipes, I don't keep track of how long. A few minutes after I start to smell that lovely cooked chicken smell I take it out, poke it with a knife, and if the meat is white all the way through then you're good.

30 minutes at 350 is perfect. Or 25 minutes at 375.

pound cutlets until thin. place stuffing in the center. roll, bringing seams of cutlet together. arrange seam side down into pan and bake.
