Ive been looking for lower priced gap pajamas for my toddlers and found some well priced that say new with tags on ebay...does that mean these cudve still been worn is there anything else I should be skeptical about buying on ebay shud I not......

Sounds OK to me. In the worst case, if it's not as described, you can request a refund. EBay has a Buyer Protection plan.

If they say new with tags, they should be new. Just check the seller's feedback to make sure it's almost all positive and if it is, you should be ok.
