I bought fresh chicken cutlets yesterday. I left some cutlets in a marinade sauce overnight. I cooked them and still have plenty of marinade leftover. Can I put more cutlets in the leftover marinade today or is that unsafe? It was in the fridge the entire time.

I don't see why not but I know that people are very cautious with chicken marinades although no-one has explained it to me in a way that makes sense. But that doesn't mean they aren't right. Personally, I would reuse it.

Can I heat the leftover marinade and serve it as a "gravy" for rice?
