We will be going away for Shavuos iy''h but I wanted to make a cheescake in advance for my in laws.
Do you know of a receipe that I can freeze and they'll just have to take out Erev Yom TOv

you might want to experiment with diff kinds to see which freezes best; the fruity ones might not freeze as well . . .
