Anyone know if such a thing exist and where I can find one. I have a very small apartment and would like to move my baby out of my room the only way to do this would be with a toddler size bunk bed or loft bed where I can place the toddler bed I have underneath but I can't seem to find any only instructions for how to make your own.

Did you try Ikea? They have some smaller, lower bunk beds. Specifically, there is the Kura -- which is technically a loft bed, but I have seen many pictures online of people using it as a bunk bed for younger children because the top is not very high off the ground. Just plop a mattress down on the bottom. Try searching for images and you will see some examples.
