They say they offer refunds up to a certain amount of time, even if the item was used, but you didnt like it.

They're great about returns, regardless of if the package was opened/used or not! If you have the receipt they give you money back; if no receipt, they give you a Sephora gift card in amount you paid (but you can only use the gift card in store- not online  ). I always buy to try and return with no hassle- in any Sephora store.

They are amazing. With a receipt, it makes no difference how long it's been, as long as the product is not halfway used up. If it was the wrong color, you didn't like it, you were allergic.... They are great!
