I'm looking for a mental health professional in Brooklyn to treat my son's Anxiety..anyone have a recommendation?

I just read about it. I don't think he fits the criteria.
He suffers from chronic back pain. I ruled out medical conditions associated with it. He has separation anxiety, some social phobias...difficulty concentrating..he can't fall asleep unless I stay with him..he is 12 yrs. old.

I am actually going thru the same thing with my 11 year old daughter. have to call an organization to recommend good therapist.

I'm not sure if she treats anxiety but my daughter went a few years ago to someone I always mix up her name but I I think it was Zeesi Zellermeer and we were very happy with her.

Bump anyone good in Brooklyn to recommend ? my son is 11 also has trouble falling asleep at night has some phobias and in general is a big worrier

I don’t live in Brooklyn but I know there are TONS of therapist recommendation threads on Imamother.
You might have success if you do a search.
