My soon-to-be 4 yr old boy ka"h has a lot of toys, he's a typical boy that loves anything with wheels--cars, trains, trucks, and building toys we have legos (duplo) and megabloks. He has train tracks, a car track and a tricycle. I have a tablet that he plays with sometimes. We have a $50 gift card for Toys R Us, don't have to use it all on him, trying to figure out a good birthday present for him. I don't want to get him anything too fragile b/c he has a 2.5 yr old brother who likes to steal and break his toys. Any suggestions?

While he loves magnatiles, they are expensive and I like that it stays a special toy for some friend's houses, and school. Also the cheapest decent set is like $80 at toys r us

Some of the lego creator type of sets are rated ages 4 and up. My son loves those.
