There are different amounts of times you can here before Aliya before losing zchuyot
Sal klita 18 mos (when we made Aliya with 3 kids it was 58,000 shekel that we didn't get)

Tax free Lift, Ulpan, car tax reduction, arnona reduction, rent reduction 5 yrs (I was here just shy of 5 yrs and got this
Mortgage, university reduction 10 yrs
