My 15 year old does freelancing work online and was asked to sign an NDA for one of her clients. Is her signature valid, or do I need to sign instead or as well?

Im not a lawyer, but... a minor's signature is generally not legally binding. You signing on her behalf wouldn't create a legally binding contract for her either. Depending on the terms, it might make a contract that's legally binding for you, but not for her. That being said, whoever signs on the other end IS usually legally bound by the contract, which could make for an interesting situation. Either way, I imagine they're aware of her age, so they could decide if they want her to sign or not.
