Does anyone have good dessert recipes that are easy but also impressive when serving?
With 6 Shvuos meals coming up and a house full of guests, I really need some help with this... Rolling Eyes
Thanks!

Cheese-filled Cannoli. These are super easy to make. I just made some tonight and will finish them tomorrow.

In a bowl, mix:

2 8-oz whipped cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 scoop vanilla sugar
10 ounces of non-dairy topping (Rich's), whipped

Then refrigerate for several hours, or overnight. Fill a piping bag or a storage ziploc with the mixture and snip the end.Using two packages of cannoli shells, pipe the cheese mixture into each shell. This is the basic version. For a nice effect, dip each end of of the tube into melted milk chocolate and then into sweet almond crunch. Let cool on waxed paper.

They look so elegant and are really easy! They don't take that long either. They freeze very nicely and no preparation is necessary on Yom Tov.

On yom-tov I melt good quality chocolate on a double boiler. Add oil for a yummy hot fudge. Pour over ice cream. So delicious and no pre-yomtov prep.

You can do dairy chocolate or pareve.

Cookies n' cream ice cream pie

Easiest thing ever:

Mix (not whip)

2 containers of rich's whip
2 rows oreo sandwich cookies- crushed
optional: 1 packet vanilla pudding (I think this dessert is over sweet as is)

Pour into pie crust , freeze!

Everyone loves it and there is absolutely no way to go wrong with this.

I buy a Duncan Hines fudge brownie mix. Prepare as per instructions for the fudgy brownie. Spoon into ramekins. Slip in 1-2 chocolate covered mint thins . Bake at 350 for 15-18 mins. It becomes like fudge soufflé with molten choc mint inside. Serve with ice cream or sorbet. Yum!!!!!

Tri-layered brownies: bottom is brownies, then oreos, then chocolate chip cookie dough. It's as easy as making brownies + cookie batter, but looks impressive:
