Hey! Anyone have a great recipe for that? Like the ones the serve in restaurants such as upper crust? Or cafe rimon?

Slice halloumi into 8. Press with paper towels to remove moisture. Press into seasoned flour. Fry for 1 minute on each side until brown.
Or try this.

I make a knockoff of sunflower cafe's recipe
So delicious

Romaine lettuce
Black olives
Grilled peppers/grilled mushrooms/avocado as desired
Cherry tomatoes
Purple onions
Grilled haloumi cheese (make sure the pan is hot enough. Also, you can dredge in flour and then fry to make it easier to fry without melting)

Dressing:
1/4 C honey
1/4 C Dijon mustard
1/4 C olive oil
1/4 C rice vinegar
Salt
Pepper

I used
lettuce
Baby tomatoes
Cucumbers
Feta cheese (suposed to be Bulgarian cheese but the feta tasted amazing!)
Sweet poatoe
Holumi cheese

Dressing : date honey and soy sauce

Cut up sweet potato baked them first till they were mushy and some a bit crunchy then sautéed them in silan(date honey) and soy sauce

I Cut up the holumi cheese and since I’m gluten free I dipped it in gluten free flour with spices (garlic and onion) then dipped in eggs and then dipped in corn meal ( but you can probably use bread crumbs)
And then fried it in avocado oil

It was so good it tasted exactly like cafe rimons salad!

I just grill my haloumi on a hot grill pan (with a tiny bit of oil - spray is fine - I'm not even certain that's necessary) no dredge and no frying
add roasted walnuts as well

I made this one it came out heaven and was so easy since the haloumi gets done in the oven with the veggies

Didn't you want it to maintain some form? Haloumi doesn't melt.
