does anyone know if there is a state law in md requiring a child care provider (in home or small center) to have any specific credentials/degrees?

I think it depends how young, but there are for sure for younger children - til 5 I think. There is a 90 hour course, and a 45 hour course. I think the 45 hour is for babies (til 2 I think) and 90 hour is until preschool. I can't easily find the information online right now but its for sure there.
