Hi,
My challah came out "yeasty". I'm pretty sure I let it rise for too long Sad is there anyway to salvage it after the fact? It's edible but has a strong smell. We are having company for shabbos and I don't think I can realistically make fresh tomorrow. Any ideas?

bump?
I'm thinking of something like putting oil and sugar on it before rewarming or something?

brush it with a garlic and herb infused olive oil and let it crisp a bit?
