I started this tread almost 2 years ago. Bh I was able to lose 65 lbs on my own. I would love to lose another 15 lbs. But the struggle is still there. I always want to eat. I’m so “food minded” I’m wondering if hypnosis would help with that. I didn’t read the article your referring to. Where can I find it?

I did it about 5 years ago with a world famous hypnotist. I paid a fortune and it didn't help one drop.

Does works. There are free hypnosis videos on YouTube. Trick is to watch everyday not just once so messier becomes stronger.

Did anything change in 5 years? There is someone constantly advertised in the (Monsey) connections.
DH needs someone to help him overcome emotional eating.

I’ve heard the same from people who tried hypnosis as well as acupuncture for weight loss… it seems there’s no simple way out other than proper eating and exercise.

Well the hypnosis is supposed to curb emotional eating and propel tbe individual to proper eating and exercise. Nobody is saying hypnosis magically melts pounds during a session. : )
