Whos always hungry? I eat lots of fruit and veg but always hungry. What do you eat for lunch? Im trying not to gain so much Weight...

Proteins and fats satiate hunger. Fruits are sugar so they spike blood sugar and when the sugar rush subsides it causes hunger. Veggies are practically low calorie unless you eat a lot and smother them with cheese or butter. Eat eggs with veggies. Eat your fruit with nuts. Are you counting calories?
I eat eggs with maple syrup for breakfast. Tuna, cheese and a carrot salad for lunch. Fruits and nuts for snacks. And pudding (made with quinoa) for dinner. That's my usual menu anyway. I'm never hungry and I maintain my weight on that routine. I might gain over pesach because of matza though. I love (spelt) matza.
