I have heard that if you are not being paid when you go on maternity leave you can sign up for disability. How do I do that?

If you work for a small company they may not have a system in place. I work in a small company, so my position is multi-faceted, including payroll. I had to figure it all out, being that I am the 1st one to have ever gone on disability here. If you tell me what state you're in I'd be more than happy to see if I can guide you through the process. Your best bet would be HR though.
