Knowing the right key words in today's cooking blog world will help narrow things down.
You can Google "eggless Keto cake". Another good search is "vegan gluten free cake".
Then search for the recipes with the least amount of expensive, hard to find ingredients. You also want something with the fewest steps possible.
Some of these can be a real patchke, and if you had to go all the way across town to the health food store, and then spent a lot of money on weird ingredients, you are going to be REALLY upset if the cake fails. (BTDT  I've made things even my dog wouldn't eat.)
