I don't often make gef fish but when I do, it's the Shuk's own brand, their Pesach mixture is the BEST !!!!!!!

I haven't tried many but I like a&b and when I cook it I put alot of sugar so it makes it really sweet.

Freunds fish store in boro park makes a delicious frozen roll called the simcha roll its heavenly.

and ofcourse it all has to do with the spicing.
I add lots of sugar and black pepper and I add fresh garlic and carrots and onions and celery too!! soooo good!!!!!!

I use the Shabbos fish, it has the CHK hechsher. they have a few types, and the one with Dovid Malkas' (a caterer in CH) recipe is the best and very delicious. It's only available at their fish store though.
