I'm a certified provider from the DOE, and have experience in teaching reading. I also took a course on reading.
How much would you charge to see a student privately?

You need to know your area. My cousin has a masters in spec ed and teaches executive functioning skills for $100 per hour because her neighborhood can support this. When I was a kid experienced spec ed tutors were charging $60 an hour which is probably close to $100 now because they had the clientele who could afford to pay. In my neighborhood now, I doubt most people can afford those prices. You need to ask people who live in the area you are looking to get students from.
