Has anyone ever traveled on Israir? What was it like/ you experience with it?

not so hot. my aunt and uncle got delayed 6 hours on the plane. I forgot the rest of the story but they are swearing not to ever fly them again.
My mother didn't have such a bad time so maybe it was just a fluke for my aunt and uncle.

We flew 2x with them. First time b/c the price was fantastic. We had pretty good experience both times. The staff was nice the palne is prob a bit squishier than some others but it was ok. I understand they sometimes cancel flights though. If the price was really good I would fly with them again.

I didnt enjoy it. They didn't give me the glatt meal I ordered...
And changing the date of the flight made it cost more than El Al- I originally got the ticket for cheap, but had to pay 400 dollars to change the date of the flight.

personally I thought that their service was not so hot.
my sister in law and brother both flew to america on the same flight two years ago and they said that the air masks fell down twice. I dont know about you but that would scare the living day lights out of me.
