I hate cooking so this is incredible...
Line a cast-iron cookie sheet with foil. Drizzle a little olive oil and spray the rest with Pam. Later a little Lieber's powder consomme onto to the sheet, them flavored panko crumbs over that, then lay thin-sliced chicken breasts over that, then the panko again, a little more consomme, black peppers and another spray of Pam. Bake 440 for 10 minutes each side. When it's done you can sprinkle some of the extra baked panko crumbs back onto the top of the chicken. This is so crispy and not deep-fried!
