Anyone have information about the Flair neighborhood in Jackson? How many Jewish families live there? What ages?...

Nice neighborhood.
I live there, we're in our 30-s.
Not sure who else may have moved in, I keep hearing a couple of names over and over but haven't researched it yet. Some other people seem to be in contract.
One guy not far from Flair, like 5 min away, said he would like to make a minyan when there are enough people. Another person I heard was planning to have a minyan in his house but again- not yet.
Someone mentioned to me that there is some "Jackson list" in existence. I'll try to remember to get added to it so I can see who lives where.
