Hi my almost four and a half year old daughter has been wetting her bed for the past three nights after being toilet trained since she was 28 months old and dry since she was two and a half at night the laundry is getting out of hand any suggestions? She tells me I don't even know why I am waking up wet she is not drinking any more than she usually does.

take her to doctor for a urine test. she may have a UTI. also, check for strep.

if neither of those is positive, did she just start school? my son started wetting the bed regularly when he had an abusive morah. try to find out if she's happy at school or not. if not, it could be a morah or another kid bothering her.

it's possible. talk to her about how new routines can be scary, but don't link it to bedwetting. and make sure to react calmly when you find a wet bed.
