K so....basically I have that oily shine that no one likes to have  but at the same time, some parts of my face are dry with peeling skin. So my makeup always look cakey ( specifically around the dry parts). My questions are:
- is my skin considered oily or dry, or even medium (normal to oily)?
- what do I wash/cleanse my face with (company plz!!)? Products for oily or dry or normal to oily?
- should I use moisturizer or would that exacerbate the shiny/oily, issue?
Which makeup foundation (company plz!!) is the least cakey? Or are they all basically the same and it depends on your skin whether makeup will look cakey or not?
