I made these yesterday, and my family loved them!!

4 Cups Flour (I used whole-wheat)
1 Cup Oats
3/4 C. Raisins
3 Bananas
2 C. Shredded Carrots
1/2 C. Oil
4 Eggs
2 C. Milk
1/2 tsp. Salt
2.5 tsp. Bkg. Powder
1 C. Sugar (you can add more if you prefer sweeter)

Mix all ing. and place in muffin tins.
Bake at med. heat for about 15 min. or until lightly browned on top.
This recipe made about 40 muffins.
